Experienced driver starting pay is determined by the amount
of your semi-tractor/trailer interstate driving experience in the most recent nine years.
WSE has an excellent incentive package. Solo first seat drivers will
be paid an additional $.03 per mile incentive for all paid miles in any calendar
month that the driver runs over 10,000 paid miles. Miles are based upon loads delivered in
a calendar month. The incentive is calculated monthly and paid the following month. The
incentive pay is in addition to the base pay.
In addition to the above mentioned financial and productivity
improvements, Willis Shaw Express is in the process of adding new traffic lanes with
customers that provide better working conditions for our long haul drivers.
